Playgroup

Matt had his two girlfriends Amelia and Elizabeth over for playgroup yesterday. They had a wonderful time playing for hours! At this point, they really play next to each other rather than with each other, but once in awhile one of them will want a toy that another has, and it's really neat to see them interact!

When Amelia walked him, Matt gave her a huge smile and a huge yell to say hello. Well, this scared Miss Amelia so much she burst into tears! And every time she calmed down, Matt gave her another one of his big yells. She wasn't too keen on it for the first few minutes (she sure does have an adorable pout!) but she got used to him!

And Miss Elizabeth was very into whatever toy Matt had in his hands for awhile. She would crawl over to him, grab the toy, and he'd grab it right back. It was so fun to watch and such a great opportunity to start to teach them about sharing.

Hopefully watching Amelia and Elizabeth crawl all over the place once a week will give Matt some pointers and he'll be off and crawling soon. Though, I'm sure as soon as he starts, I'll wish he wasn't!
